Every crack,
a seam of gold.
You are given one vessel. It is whole, and then, slowly, it is not. You mend each fracture with gold, and the breaking becomes the most beautiful thing about it.
We are taught to hide the break. Kintsugi does the opposite, it traces the wound in gold and calls it history. Nothing here is discarded. The flaw is the finish.
The life of a vessel
It cracks
Your vessel ages on-chain. With time and with blocks, hairline fractures spread across the glaze, quiet, inevitable, never the same twice. Each break is generated from your token's own entropy.
You mend
You don't prevent the damage, you answer it. Mend a fracture and it fills with real gold, drawn along the exact path of the break. The repair is visible, permanent, and yours.
It deepens
Every mend raises your Wabi, a score for a vessel made more beautiful by its history. As Wabi rises you climb the tiers, and the piece grows visibly richer than the day it was whole.
Five tiers of golden repair
Wabi is the measure of a mended life. It only ever climbs.
The collection only shrinks
Ten thousand vessels are minted, and that is the most there will ever be. From there the live count only falls. Vessels can be returned to the kiln, and the fewer that remain, the larger each one's share of the royalty pool. Not everyone keeps theirs.
Return to the kiln
A vessel can be reclaimed, given back to the fire. Its id is burned forever and never re-issued. Each one retired is a one-of-one composition, its seed and gold seams gone for good.
The gold is yours
Reclaiming first sweeps the vessel's accrued royalty yield into your pending balance, always withdrawable. You let go of the piece, never the gold it earned.
Fewer, brighter
The pool is split among living vessels. Every reclaim releases a share to the rest, so a smaller collection pays each survivor more. Scarcity compounds the gold.
Vessels under glass
Lay the gold yourself
Tap any hairline crack on the vessel. Watch the Wabi rise and the tier ladder advance.
On a live vessel, each mend is a single transaction, the seam is drawn into the token's on-chain SVG, forever.
Your first vessel is free.
Take one home and let it age. The first is free, you pay only the gas. Each extra vessel is 0.001 ETH, up to five per wallet.
